The program is a collaboration between the Culinary Institute of Child Nutrition and the Culinary Institute of America and is scheduled from June 3-7, 2024, at Framingham State University.
Registration is free and is limited to 20-24 cook and/or cook managers. Participants MUST be available for all five days of the training from June 3-7, 2024 – 6 hours/day.
