Stalker Institute of Food and Nutrition (JSI) and the School Nutrition Association of Massachusetts presented a three-day conference focused on the many aspects associated with the new regulations for the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.

School Wellness in MA Symposium 2009

On Tuesday, April 7, 2009, the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the John C. Stalker Institute of Food and Nutrition presented the School Wellness in Massachusetts Symposium. This day-long symposium was dedicated to school wellness and coordinated school health and featured nationally recognized speakers who presented best practices and strategies for implementing change. Additionally, local schools and community partners shared success stories, available resources, and offered approaches to evaluating your school wellness policy.
