Nutrition Bites for Child Care Culinary Workshop: Asian Fusion

Strengthen your culinary skills and confidence in this interactive, hands-on 3?hour workshop designed for staff working in childcare programs with onsite meal preparation. Led by JSI chefs, participants will prepare popular kid-friendly Asian Fusion dishes, featured on the Nutrition Bites for Child Care: Culturally Relevant Recipes webpage, including chicken teriyaki, crispy tofu, stir fry vegetables, Chinese noodles, and more. Join us at this fun, hands-on culinary workshop and discover recipes and techniques that can be readily applied in childcare food service settings.
