- In collaboration with DESE and Project Bread, JSI is part of a new USDA Team Nutrition Training Grant called CECAP (Creating and Executing a Culinary Advancement Plan).The project aims to help schools improve their scratch-cooking efforts with culinary training, mentoring, and hands-on support through our chef coaching program. Interested schools will complete a survey and be placed in a tier based on their current culinary readiness, with a customized plan to help them grow.
