School Lunch Professionals have been working tirelessly through the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure students receive healthy and nutritious meals. They have made it a #1 priority to be there to feed the children and their communities.
Now, we need your help to celebrate our School Lunch heroes. On School Lunch Hero Day at the Healthy Kids, Healthy Programs Virtual Summit on May 7th, there will be a video showcasing the great work of school nutrition professionals.
How you can help…
- Video or audio clips of parents or students answering:
- “How has school meals helped you during the pandemic?”
- You can email them to Kevin Dawson, by April 2nd at, KevinE.Dawson@mass.gov
- Use #SchoolLunchHeroDay on any social media post that promotes your school nutrition professionals.
