We heard you and now… The John C. Stalker Institute of Food and Nutrition (JSI) is thrilled to announce TWO opportunities to join us for a live Virtual Spanish workshop on Food Allergies at no-cost. We aim to be able to reach a broader population within MA school nutrition programs and are eager for this chance to host a COMPLETELY SPANISH event.
This workshop will focus on learning the difference between food allergies and intolerances, the most common food allergies, how to read labels for allergens, and other strategies to manage food allergies in your school, including guidelines for operating during COVID-19.
There are two opportunities for a 90-minute virtual training. Register Your District NOW. After you register, you will receive a zoom link you will be able to share with your staff. They can participate as a group at an on-site location of yours or from home using their own devices.

This workshop is recognized by DESE and MDPH as an acceptable training required in the Allergen Awareness Act, M.G.L.c.140, § 6B
