The JSI Culinary Team has been hard at work in the kitchen cooking up something exciting for you! We are currently in the process of creating a series of 15-minute culinary training videos. These informational videos feature Chefs Tracey and Janyl demonstrating knife skills, fruit and vegetable cuts, and ways to enhance the visual appeal of meals.
These videos will be available on the JSI website in early 2021 and provide an easy to access and free training option for school nutrition staff. While viewing, you have the the option to pause the video and practice your skills. A certificate of training will be provided after each videos.
