This program is the state-recognized certification identified in the hiring standards for school nutrition directors. This program can be completed over 18 months and the courses in the program include:

• Professional Development and Communication in School Nutrition
• Foodservice Systems in School Nutrition Programs
• Management of School Nutrition Programs
• Technology Applications in School Nutrition
Each course provides 60 hours of USDA professional standards of continuing education along with a surplus of networking opportunities with other nutrition professionals.
